Anne Hathaway. EARLY LIFE: Anne Jacqueline Hathaway is an American actress. She was born on November 12, 1982 in New York, US. She won the Oscar, the Golden Globe, the BAFTA and the SAG for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in Les Miserables. Daughter of theater actress Kate McCauley and lawyer Gerald Hathaway, Anne always found the inspiration and support to follow in her mother's footsteps. She spent most of her youth in Short Hills, graduated from Millburn High School.
